MY FAVOURITE PLACES IN ASPEN.
ASPEN GUIDE
People often ask me for restaurant recommendations.
Or where I have coffee.
Or where I always seem to disappear for an afternoon.
The truth is, Aspen isn't somewhere I visit anymore.
It's become part of my rhythm.
Some of my favourite places aren't the famous ones.
They're the places I return to because they simply feel good.
A morning coffee from Paradise Bakery before the streets fill.
A slow walk through the John Denver Sanctuary.
The Little Nell terrace on a bluebird afternoon.
Lunch outside at White House Tavern.
An afternoon wandering the galleries.
Happy hour at Hotel Jerome.
A quiet table at French Alpine Bistro when the snow starts falling.
The gondola ride when I need perspective.
Walking home through town after dinner, when the lights come on and everything feels just a little magical.
Luxury isn't always found inside five-star hotels.
Sometimes it's simply having the time to walk instead of rushing.
To sit instead of scrolling.
To notice.
Aspen has taught me that the best places aren't always the ones everyone photographs.
They're the ones that make you want to come back tomorrow.
These are mine.
